Today is a pretty important day in history, Not only is it 2011, on the 11th day of the 11th month, which only happens once ever hundred years.. but it’s also a very significant day in Canada’s history.

Today we celebrate Remembrance Day, the day remembered as the ending of World War 1 on the eleventh hour, of the eleventh day of the eleventh month on November 11, 1918. Today we remember all those who fought for our freedom, and we are thankful!

In addition, today’s Palindrome marks a pretty remarkable day to the Chinese, history in Egypt, plus a lot of moms who want to give birth today! Read more on The National Post, it’s pretty interesting!

Maybe we should grab a coffee today.. meet me at Starbucks at exactly 11:11 am,  11/11/11 11:11.  Don’t worry, we’ll sit in silence.

Today my hubby bought me the new iphone 4S. I am so happy and beyond thrilled to get rid of my old 4 year old 3G! The first thing I did was took a picture with the “oh so talked about” camera! YES, heaps better than my old one! I thought I would try it out right away (picture above)and see what it does for my blogging world! And of course I am soooo much more impressed, compared to my old blurry mess of iphone photos that I was posting before! It’s a tad bit blurry, I might have moved a bit from pure excitement! However! I am getting closer and closer to fabulous photos on here! ;)

Yay for a new phone and the weekend! Anyone else switch over? Or planning on it?

Good Morning! Wow, it’s Monday and I’m tired! For some weird reason I could not fall asleep last night! I’m extra tired this morning, which may call for extra coffee! While scrolling through Pinterest, I found these coffee secrets! Perfect for a little escape break up the street to Starbucks, or make your own at home! I like to stick to the “healthier” selection when I grab my coffee! But once I saw this secret menu/ custom order something delicious… I’m thinking I may need to treat myself! The biscotti frap sounds amazing!
