For the 9th year now H&M has collaborated with an amazing organization called Water Aid, helping the poorest countries receive clean water and sanitation! This summer H&M’s blue water hues will donate 25% of all sales including women’s, men’s and children’s collections directly to Water Aid! How fabulous does that sound!? Buy yourself, and everyone in your fam (yes the wee ones too!) a bright blue print and feel awesome that you can help such an amazing cause! What’s Summer without a splash of water!!

Each day seems to be getting warmer and warmer ( a tiny bit warmer). Don’t you hate it when the weather man teases you like that! Just tell us Hot or Cold!? ….Are we suppose to bring out the summer dresses and rompers or not? right?! The truth is, the moment I see the sun, feel the sun, I want to get into my summer clothes right away! Especially when it’s flowy OR  bright OR floral!!

|Wait one sec as I go outside to check the chillo-meter| Sigh… still cold! My solution to ‘almost’ summer weather is a great Jean Jacket! A great investment and staple item for years to come! Trust me, you’ll be seeing a LOT of this jean jacket this summer… on second thought hopefully not!

::Dreaming of warmer days::

I’ve been looking for inspiration for the perfect  ”Wall of Frames”, and WOW! there are so many amazing ideas!  I’m a little overwhelmed! I’ve come to the conclusion that the best way to create a feature wall in your home it to work from a picture! Here are some of my favorites. Well, this is officially my second outfit post! I’m still getting used to this… Thank goodness for my dear friend Yaisa who took these photos for me. Now I just have to pass on the job to my hubby (plus buy a swanky camera), and I’ll be well on my way as a “real” fashion blogger. Stressful? I think so! ;)

I absolutely love this leopard “party” skirt! Choosing to pair it with this fun varsity jacket made me want to drive out to the University (UBC)! So we did!… Taking some fun vintage like varsity shots!  I adore all the old architecture and history behind the university campus. Definitely made these outfit photos come to life!

Time to hit the gym and start thinking about “that” bikini! I love swimwear! I could seriously walk into a mall and come out with a new shade of lipstick and a new bikini every time! HOWEVER,  I do have a hard time spending over a $100 on just one! I would rather have a dozen fun colourful bikinis that I can mix and match, and not be completely broke! Here are some of my favourites! All in a nice price range, leaving you with some extra coin for a new pair of shades and a fun beach tote! … Don’t forget the sunscreen! :)

There are two items that I am currently looking for.

1) An amazing beach bag, that will not only hold everything from sunscreen to a large towel! But will also look great with last minute dinner plans, after a long day at the beach!

2) A great pair of cat eye’ed sunglasses!

Now if you know me, I of course will start looking for both these items left and right AND make sure that they some how complement each other!

It’s Sunny! FINALLY!

One of my favourite rooms in our place is our office! It’s one of the rooms where  you can be most creative, bringing in your personal style! Office work/ homework/ taxes can get so stressful, might as well make your environment around you comfortable and nice to look at! Lonny Magazine nailed the “how to” design your office, in their May/June issue! I absolutely adore the clean whites, blacks and creams with punches of colour! I think I might just need to pick up a bright vase or lamp and incorporate some colour into our office! Love it!
